I’ve had these chairs for a few months now and use them pretty much every day. They look good, feel sturdy, and nothing’s started wobbling or wearing weird yet. So far, no complaints.

I came away feeling like I paid way too much for what I got. The photos made everything look a lot more premium, but once I saw it in person, it just didn’t feel like the price matched the actual quality.

I’m fine spending more when something really feels worth it, but this was more like paying designer prices for average stuff. And at this point, I’m kind of tired of chasing down service, comparing expectations, and trying to convince myself a purchase was worth it when it just wasn’t.

Maybe Industry West works for other people, but for me the value wasn’t there. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I ordered from industrywest.com, and the shipping was just okay. It definitely took longer than I thought it would, and the tracking updates were slow too. But the item did arrive in good condition in the end, so that was a relief!!

I was hoping it would look a bit more stylish in person, but it ended up feeling plain and a little awkward to me. Just not really my kind of look.

The furniture was fine, but customer service was slow. I had to follow up just to get an update. Not terrible, but for the price, I expected quicker replies.

I ordered a table from Industry West and it does look really nice now that it’s all set up. The style is what I was hoping for and it fits the room well.

Assembly wasn’t awful or anything, but the directions could of been better. A few of the holes didn’t line up quite right and it took us longer than we thought it would. Definitely not a one person job, at least not for me.
Got it done in the end and I’m happy with how it looks, but the whole process was a little frustrating. Nice piece overall, just wish putting it together had been smoother.
